Invitation to the

3rd Annual Out on Bay Street Conference and Career Fair

We are inviting Undergraduate and Graduate students from across Canada to
attend the Third Annual “Out on Bay Street” Conference and Career Fair on September 25 & 26, 2009 in Toronto. This remains the first and only
Canadian Conference for lesbian?, gay?, bisexual? and transgender? (LGBT)
students in…
Business, Law, Engineering, & Related Fields.

We are proud to announce this year’s Out on Bay Street theme:
“Profiting from Diversity”. Focusing on recent economic developments,
we will bring attention to the advantages of having a diverse and versatile
work force.

Our purpose is to educate the LGBT business leaders of tomorrow.
Our mission is to bring together companies and LGBT students to promote
openness and change in the workforce, and provide an opportunity for
students to network with organizations in which to build their career.
This year promises to be bigger and better with more opportunities to
stand out among the many other students in your classes, as well as to meet
respected speakers and corporate professionals.

Past conferences have brought together financial and professional service
firms including TD Bank Financial Group, Scotiabank, CIBC, Deloitte, IBM,
Accenture, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, AT Kearney, Fraser Milner Casgrain, KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, London Economics
International, and Marriott Hotels.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, Travel Bursaries are available for
students on an application status, so please contact us info@outonbayst.org
as soon as possible to see if you qualify.

Please visit www.outonbayst.org for more information.

Thanks,
Out on Bay Street Organizing Committee
