are taking over the Student Centre and turning it into a massive arcade,
all for the Child's Play Charity!

On November 3rd, 2008 in Oshawa, Ontario two mothers(Jane Currie and
Anji Dimitriou) were subject to a terrible hate crime in front of their
children. One Mark Scott physically and verbally assaulted these two
women while they were picking up their children from school. He called
them names such as "F------ dyke? lesbians" and "F------ dyke bitches."
They sustained multiple injuries including a broken spine on Dimitriou
causing permanent disability, black eyes and a gash in the face on
Curriewhich required four stitches.

 Midterms are finally done and now we got some time before finals come hit us. So what better way to relax then with FREE food and FREE games!!! We will be doing another joint event with the Video Game Society and having a games night. A follow up to last years event that had over a hundred attend!! There will be games like Rock Band, Smash brothers, Wii sports and Dance Revolution again as well as new games. It does not matter if you are a pro or a novice at any of these games, so come on out and join us! Everybody is welcomed.

My last official "Out and About" for any group. I have been holding this night quite a few times now, usually once every semester in UTSC as well as with other youth groups. It tends to be small group gathering for a night filled with a lot of great stories. Its a wonderful way to share a bit about ourselves and a chance to learn a
lot about each other. I really hope you guys can come out for this!
